You can be proud of that shelter! It's the biggest and best one you've built. And also very well camouflaged!

@@scooterhughes9118 tout à chacun préfère rester auprès de son radiateur à regarder sa télé au lieu de profiter de cette nature généreuse et de gens comme age of Nord tu cherches au fond de lui la sérénité et la paix

Really this shelter you built this time is very different from what we are used to seeing you build. I think this is a really decent shelter that can be used several times. I can't wait for you to finish it and see how it behaves in rain and snow...⛈🌧❄

Good job. Looks great. Nice to be warm and dry. Long winter ahead. Might want to put moss on the top and let it drape over the fresh cut ends of the roof wood. Good start on the fire place. It will draw good. Might want to locate it toward the corner. Building a fireplace this weekend at home. Nomad Mountain Man. All good from east Kentucky USA

Да, домик получился и теплым и уютным и симпатичным! Сюда можно ещё раз вернуться - столько труда вложено! Всего доброго!

Now all you need is some type of door, then you’re ready for winter.

Raise the chimney up about 10cm with a hollow log about a 5 cm opening. Make a chimney pipe out of it. It;s swirling and not drawing hardly enough. Open the pit area so more air and get in. All good next time.

If I had to shelter and had reason to believe it would be needed for awhile this is the type I would choose. I would start right away on the bones, roof and fire pit too. I would do that while energy was fresh. Then add. To avoid any chance of ebbing energy such as from a sleepless night or ongoing hard work. You have an excellent shelter there.
