Listen! I live in Korea and the ppl do generally speak more English than in China. I always say that I love that I can live here knowing very little to no Korean at all and still thrive. I really enjoyed your vlog! It exposed me to places I didn’t even know of 😅🙏🏾. I’m so saddened by your experience at the Braai Republic. There’s another one in Pyeontaek and their service wasn’t as bad but it wasn’t that great either.

Honestly having lived in both countries Koreans are definitely kinder and non prejudice and can communicate in English better but China is more nice in terms of efficiency and over all aesthetics not to mention cheaper!! Korea is so expensive 😩

Braai Republic was also a disappointing experience. Especially because I had been living in Korea for long the food wasn’t really South African tasting. It was packed by Koreans because I guess they don’t know how the food is supposed to taste like. Just buy biltong there and bounce.
