my tip for drinking more water, is before every meal drink a glass (will also make you eat healthier and boost your metabolism) and whenever your craving food, you might just be thirsty, so chug a glass of water. Wait about 15 minutes and then see if you're still hungry.

Hi !! =) Why don't you try 5 Days of Brain exercise, like brushing your teeth with the opposite hand, take different routes to go your commons places, etc. It's proven that increases the creativity and is awesome for the brain.

The more you drink plain ol' water, the more you want it. I used to be repulsed by plain water, but now it's all I drink and I don't even think about it. No coffee, no tea either.

+Stefania Ionescu I was thinking of doing something like this in the future! Each of the experiments has affected me differently. I've taken learnings from each! For instance, I still keep coconut oil on my desk as a moisturizer (5 days 1 jar of coconut oil), my phone and bag are still SUPER organized (5 days of minimalism), I've continued drinking TONS of water (even more than is featured in this video!), I've also cut back on tons of processed sugar, and MORE!

My drinking schedule tends to revolve around meals so: wake up and down 2 glasses of water Before breakfast 1 glass of water Before lunch 2 glasses of water Before dinner 2 glasses of water Before bed 1/2 a glass Plus a water bottle that I drink through the day and another full one for when/ if I work out and I get in all my water needed!

Love this video! Those are great ways to get more water!! That was really helpful and inspiring. I have been drinking around a gallon of water every day for over a year, and on weekends it is hard to stick with that. But flavored waters and smoothies are great ideas for my weekend slumps!

Awesome video! I love watching these every Friday! I drink 4L of water a day (134 ounces) and I love switching it up! But for protein and flavor I make a huge glass of chia seed, lemon, and ginger water everyday. So good and filling! (Don't water your plants with that drink though) you will find little chia sprouts a few days later) 😆

I read that your body really can only benefit from X amount of water at a time. If you flood your system with water all at once, you won't get the same benefit as you would get from drinking that water throughout the day. Not sure if this is true, but it sounds reasonable.

Amber Magnolia I think it's true at the start. If you go from no water to 60+ ounces a day it could throw your body off, but it'll become your equilibrium soon enough and start to benefit from it

I use the app Hydro Coach to help me with my hydration goals. I'm able to reach my goal of 128 oz per day without a problem. Your body will adjust to the additional water consumption so you won't have to pee all the time.

Try having a 600ml bottle which is about 2 1/2 glasses of water and drink one during the morning, one during the afternoon and the last one in the evening which sums up to about 8 glasses. Personally i think it makes it easier.

I make sure to drink at 10:00am (/when I wake up), 11:00am, 12:00pm, 2:00 pm, 4:00 pm, 6:00 pm, 8:00 pm, and 10:00 pm (/before I go to bed) no matter how thirsty or not I am. I also eat tons of fruits and veggies as I'm vegetarian and it really helps me to ensure my water intake will be adequate! I used to neverrrr drink water, and I can guarantee that this is one of the easiest ways to make a dramatic step in the right direction in terms of health.

Wellllll I got the flu 1 week later 😳 lol jk they're definitely not connected. I couldn't tell you if I got healthier overall in just the 5 days of doing this, but I definitely FELT great! Plus I think knowing that I was hydrated helped me mentally - I felt more awake!

For those who find drinking water hard, I suggest you get one of those bottles of concentrated flavor enhancers, sweetened with stevia. It gives a tart sweet flavor, that you can control. A little goes a long way and if you add some sliced lemon or lime it tastes great

Try using a large water bottle like a 50oz then use stickers to mark specific 2 hour periods throughout the day. Makes it a lot easier! :)

i tried this challenge last summer for 1 month and the result was amazing! Clear skin (face and body) , more energy, less headache and i lost around 5 kg without even doing sport activities!

A way that I stay hydrated is to drink 8oz at a time and every other one has a water flavor it’s a nice treat after a regular water but make sure to drink it in an hour wait an hour then the next. Love you Lucie

I drink a quart of water first thing in the morning. I’ve been doing this every day for nearly 30 years. I had to work up to it at first but I find it very easy to do. I have never had a cup of coffee in my life but I find the water to be very energizing.

I use Plant Nanny to track my water intake. It calculates the amount of water you need based on your height/weight, and lets you set an alarm to remind you to drink water. You can vary the type of vessel you're drinking out of and the size (200ml-700ml), and the plants are so cute! Everytime you drink a cup of water, you "water" your plant. Its a lot of fun! And it keeps me accountable.

I've been trying to keep more hydrated too, and I just bring a bottle of water to work and make sure I fill it up at least once. Depending on how thirsty I am, I'll go through 2-4 500mL bottles. Yesterday I think I did 3 or 4, since the weather was so humid. I drink steadily through the day and the bottle is always at my desk.

One thing that works for me is using a 32oz mason jar. 2 of those a day equates to the daily recommendation. I usually get through 3-4 a day. I aim to drink the first 32oz (room temp) in the morning before i leave the house, one cup with lemon juice. If im lucky, i can get another 32oz in on my commute. If not then i try to drink it first thing when i get to work. That way Im aleady 64oz in even if I dont drink anymore water for the day (and that can be possible). Not always perfect, but Ive been able to commit to the first 320z before I leave the house almost daily.

I got a half gallon water bottle! I am usually up for the day around 530- so I try to finish one bottle before 3 and then I refill and finish it before I go to bed around 930! Your body will adjust to all the water!

I'm getting back into this, my mom used to literally limit my bathroom times because I would drink the recommended while nobody else would around me, and I was that kid that got water instead of soda at Mcdonalds. So now that I don't have to hold those limits, I can finally drink the amount that I need!

Get a fun waterbottle! A plain, boring glass never inspired me to drink more but once I got a fun, easy to carry around the office water-bottle, I started drinking a ton, and when I forget it, I forget to drink. BKR makes SUPER fun ones.

For a busy schedule at work where I forget to drink while working in high altitude ski resorts- downloading a water app was my life saver. People thought it was strange but when they hung around me long enough they got to know what my alarm sounded like, they found themselves saying "Alysha drink some water" but actually drinking along with me.

I usually stay hydrated by being reminded by an app. The app helps me with keeping track of how much water I drink. It's truly great to bring a bottle or a flask when going to school or work and that way I stay hydrated:)
