SCP - 1128 actually gets much worse I believe. I'm not entirely sure if it's the same scp, but the longer you know about 1128 the more dangerous it becomes having potential to kill someone through even something as small as a cup of water.

I actually had a dream of SCP-1128. This was like 5 or more years ago now and I remember everything about it. Though the only difference between this thing in my dream and SCP-1128 is that it had its head cut clean off. I wasn't scared in my dream because it never tried to hurt me. (Plus, I am a great swimmer and I never had a bad experience in the ocean) Its body spoke to me telepathically asking me to find its head. I was in a large concrete pool of some kind that went far down. It was dark too but I could see its headless body clearly in front of me. I swam to the bottom and found its head which had milky white eyes. I decided to tell the beast that I couldn't find its head because I wasn't sure what it would do after getting its head back. I swam around a bit before the dream faded away. I think I was at some testing facility.... I'm an artist so I drew a picture in detail of this creature and It looked exactly like SCP-1128. I had never seen SCP-1128 before until I looked up "creepy sea creatures" after my dream. It looked like this 11:35 but with its head cut off its body.

And secondly what would they eat? There is just not enough food in the ocean to sustain a sizable population of a giant sea creature, kinda why animals like the megalodon went extinct.

So bit of extra lore for the few who haven't been down the SCP rabbit hole, specifically these aquatic ones. SCP-3000 was nicknamed Anantashesha, or the Hindu God serpeant who will live beyond the death of the world. Anantashesha, in SCP lore, would start messing with memories and cognition of even the most well trained minds as it slowly peels away your ability to think, removing memories or sometimes transplanting memories from someone else likely in an attempt to confuse its prey. Y-909 is the most concentrated amnestic used by the SCP Foundation and is several times more effective than anything they can synthesize. However, the only time this stuff is produced is when a human is fed to SCP-3000. This amnestic, being one of the most valuable assets to keep the Masquerade of the foundation up from public knowledge is why SCP-3000 is classified as Thaumiel, which generally means it in some capacity helps the foundation. The worst part, even beyond the slow descent into something even beyond madness, is that it is believed SCP-3000 doesn't eat like a normal carnivore, but that people consumed are kept inside its belly in an eternal stasis to feed it like that White Whale from Futurama on the Moby Dick parody episode. Also on SCP-1128 Greg didn't even mention the worst(best) part. People infected with the knowledge of SCP-1128 will gain an extreme fear of water as something as small as a bathtub could get you sucked into its anomalous teleporation. In one instance, a victim was sucked into a small glass of water and was spat up as blood and gore.
