I enjoyed watching this video. This is very helpful for me and what to watch out for when I am doing a template for Instagram. I like the alignment. How you have shown me how to do it. The alignment really came in handy. I like how you explained the color combinations, font, not leaving enough white space and having too much on a template. this video will help me to do better next time. Thank you for this video.

I love using those rulers! You showed me that in another vid! #lifesaver! The light bulb isn't centered in the center of the little light rays either. Doesn't work for the OCD person. 🙃Makes me itch. Thanks for this vid!

I am very confused as red and green are the standard Christmas colors. Does this mean that all of the normal Christmas designs that one sees everywhere at the holidays are bad designs?
@annavannoni3 жыл бұрын
Not necessarily it depends on the design.
@doreenplatt38733 жыл бұрын
@@annavannoni If red and green are not supposed to be used together, then how can a design that features them as standard Christmas colors be good? I am asking this as a serious question as I am in the process of designing an item to be sold on Amazon this Christmas. I expect it to take me about a month to finish so I want to do it correctly and not have the work go to waste. I am using red and green in it to denote the Christmas season, so I am concerned.
@annavannoni3 жыл бұрын
@@doreenplatt3873 hold on I'll find a template that I saved and give you the link so you can see for yourself (one that I designed & one that canva has).

@@annavannoni I see what you did. You alternated between red and green instead of using both in one design. I was planning to do that for my page borders but wanted to use both red and green on my cover. I'll have to think about that. Thank you for sharing your video.
