You’re going to need a shield on that build, dual wielding will only get you killed constantly in juiced & delirium waystones

Nah, not required at all. My current build chills in max diff simulacrum and 6 suffix T16s no problem without a shield. Can't do monsters penetrate ele res or - max player res, but a shield doesn't fix that, and in fact makes them even harder cuz you lose the +3 from Trenchtimbre. would you say accuracy is worth for snipers?

Unfortunately it's impossible to tell - I invest the 3 points usually just as a general safety thing. It felt like it was an improvement, but I honestly couldn't say for certain. What we do know for sure is the 100% hit chance listed on the tooltip is definitely wrong, because they definitely CAN miss.
