I've seen that green bus in the background in another video and he has some great ideas especially the shelf / table that is mounted to the side of the bus. I like the idea of having 150 gallons of potable water for dry camping and being completely independent from shore power. Must be a huge battery bank for the couple with the roof full of solar. Good idea to have the fridge on a timer... After-all the door isn't being opened in the middle of the night so why power it during that time...Good video great ideas except raising the roof...expensive.

Okay I know almost all of the buses have composting toilets. I know that they say it does not smell but it really does, you just get use to it. There are electric toilets out on the market that use no water and it burns your waste reducing it to ash. I think they are under 2,000 dollars but a good investment in the long run.

I used to live on pharma nasal sprays but since I've been using colloidal minerals (liquid from Vitamin World) and iodine as well as using an orange/Clive oil mixture from DoTerra called On Guard (by vaping in a small amount of distilled water in a pan) I've not had issues with sinuses, allergies not have we been sick. I don't know which is working but I suspect it's the In Guard because my man doesn't take any of the others (but benefits from the steaming of the oil) and he hasn't been sick or had sinus issues.

We have a soft spot for school buses as we converted an ex US airforce 28 seater 1970 International B1600 (I think it was a B1600) in 1982 that had the V8 petrol with a 4 speed box vans full air brakes. If memory serves me right it was a superior coach works body.

Thanks for the video! Very helpful. Allergy tip: I have indoor & outdoor that wreak havoc and sometimes makes me lose my voice. Ipratropium (Atrovent) nasal spray, I buy a generic brand, is seriously life changing. It inhibits post-nasal drip, which is why I lose my voice. It's a prescription, but not super expensive. Happy trails :)

All allergy problems stem from a digestion/enzyme problem. Eat fresh food and fertilize your gut flora with fermented drinks like Kombucha plus ginger, Kefir. You get the idea. You will feel better PDQ. If you have diarrhea periodically, kefir or Apple cider vinegar, raw, natural unfiltered, does the job. Take enough for it to work. Especially if you have a runny cold or virus. Once I had food poisoning and had to drink 1/4 cup of kefir every half hour 6 times, but it cured that fast. Pills just work against your body.

Diesel motors can run on a wide range of oils. If straight oil is used, there will need to be some modifications. Or the diesel motor could run on what's called biodiesel. In the biodiesel fuel, the oil is modified instead of the motor.

What the hell does environmentally friendly have to do with a schoolie. Wtf? Ya just telling the viewers your a hippie or something.
@itzanopinion
@itzanopinion 5 жыл бұрын
What does "environmentally friendly" have to do with Schoolies? Well, first of all, it means not using certain types of wood for cabinets and/or ceilings that, such as bamboo, which grows like rabbits mating in the wild vs a more traditional lumber such as maple or pine. It also means you're using paints that contain no VOC (www.epa.gov/indoor-air-quality-iaq/volatile-organic-compounds-impact-indoor-air-quality) For more info on what it means to be " Environmentally Friendly" try using Google...ID10T!
