First step: Ban smokers.

LOL! We bought this property just over a year ago and inherited all the tenants...all smokers. We hope to transition the building to non-smoking starting with this unit and as the other units open up. Will be a slow process.

Thank you! Yes, someone had suggested that on an earlier post and I have a small one I can try. We are in the final stages of rehabbing this unit (you can watch the whole saga here: kzbin.info/aero/PLFl503JkNbdyqD7H4RBHQmuE7EX4uO5P5) but we have smokers in all the other units so will get plenty of opportunities to try different methods.
