I know cosmetics and Rimmel is an impressive product all round. I am fussy about lipstick. I usually only use Avon, which has amazing value on skincare and colour. But Rimmel is a lipstick I will buy. Great to know about the Walmart offer.

I reccomend "revlon lustrous lipsticks" for a drugstore dupe for charlotte tilbury. They come in a matte, cream, and pearl finishes, and sidenote, they have many many colors and they have updated their lipstick formula in the past few years to have no scent. I love love the cream and pearl finishes. I'd say they could possibly match high end. The only down side is I don't think they are vegan or cruelty free (Not sure), and they don't come in many charolette dupe shades. Still, there are many other shades available.

I tried and even though it looked beautiful, I had to wash it off immediately as I got allergic reaction from the alcohol in it. All drug store makeup are not allergy friendly. I have to use expensive products because drugstore products are not friendly
