Oats and Walnut muffins: 1:06
Ingredients:
◎ Banana
◎ ½ cup Luke warm milk
◎ 1 Tsp vinegar
◎ 1 Tsp vanilla essence
◎ ½ cup powdered sugar
◎ ¼ cup Olive oil
◎ ½ cup instant oats
◎ ½ cup all-purpose flour
◎ ¼ cup milk powder
◎ 1 Tsp baking Powder
◎ 1 Pinch baking soda
◎ 1 pinch salt
◎ 1 Tsp cinnamon powder
Oats dosa: 5:33
Ingredients:
✤ 1 cup urad dal
✤ 1 Tbsp toor dal
✤ 1 Tbsp Chana dal
✤ 1 Tsp Fenugreek seeds
✤ 2 cups of oats
✤ 750 ml water
✤ 1 tsp salt
✤ paneer
✤ diced onion
✤ chat masala
✤ 1 Tsp ghee
[ Quick coconut chutney]
⋄ sliced coconut
⋄ roasted chana
⋄ green chili
⋄ coriander
⋄ ginger
⋄ ½ tsp salt
⋄ ½ tsp sugar
⋄ ¼ cup curd
Murmura Vada: 9:53
Ingredients:
❧ 4 cups Murmura
❧ onion (chopped)
❧ green chili (chopped)
❧ curry leaves
❧ coriander
❧ ginger (grated)
❧ ¼ cup rice flour
❧ ¼ cup semolina
❧ 2 Tbsp curd
❧ Cumin seeds
❧ salt
Rice vermicelli: 4:08
Ingredients:
⊛ 4 cups water
⊛ 1 Tsp oil
⊛ 1 cup rice vermicelli
⊛ 1 Tsp ghee
⊛ 1 Tsp mustard seeds
⊛ ¼ Tsp asafoetida
⊛ 2 Tbsp cashew nuts
⊛ 1 Tsp urad dal
⊛ 1 Tsp chana dal
⊛ 10-12 Curry leaves
⊛ Carrot (chopped)
⊛ Beans (chopped)
⊛ Capsicum (chopped)
⊛ Onion (chopped)
⊛ salt
⊛ ½ Tsp turmeric
⊛ ¼ Tsp red chili powder
⊛ ½ Tsp garam masala
Club sandwich: 17:56
Ingredients:
