We should know when exactly the defenders legs are wide enough to conduct a nutmeg before we implement the move itself. After perfecting the technique, it all boils down to decision making on the field for such moves, to be implemented.

I do XC now and my team is ranked #2 in 6-A in our state and #12 in the whole state of Georgia. So it’s not like I stoped playing sport’s entirely. It would just be a waste of time to continue trying to play football/soccer.

@@jadelaawar779 Im pretty fit since I do XC. I workout with calisthenics also so I have some muscle. im almost 6 foot at 16 and still growing. My toach is good and I make smart movements. I just lose the ball under heavy pressure sometimes. dont worry dude i have accepted I dont want to play anymore. i hung up the boots and found success in XC. I still love to watch football and as long as I get to play around a few times a month I am happy. Plus I live in america so to play one season it will cost you 4k.
