I gave my interview for F1 visa on 6 december and the officer asked me 4 questions which are 1) how many universities have you applied for 2) why choosing SJSU 3) have applied to any university outside USA 4) when you have completed you high school. After these questions, she refused my visa I was going for BSc in computer engineering in SJSU And i had completed my high school this year only in may 2024 That lady was rejecting everyone who were standing in front of me And there was no red flag in my answers and file still she refused, I just don’t know how that process of approval and rejection work . I was 100% sure that I would be getting visa as i was very clear and confident

My visa got denied yesterday. The visa officer didn't allow me to complete my answers to every questions. I didn't want to give a one word or short answers to her questions but I think that's what she wanted. I didn't have intention of staying in the US but go for a Vacation and return home. That's my second attempt after 6 years. The lady was just rejecting the people that came to her. I was fully prepared for the interview but the lady didn't allow my preparation to shine. I will apply again.
