It’s easier to come to USA illegally than waste your time with fees and appointments with the US embassy. I’m speaking from experience. These officers’ power trip is gigantic.
@Toysngizmos14 сағат бұрын
These makes me furious. Why would you require these documents in the first place and charge a fee if you’re not going to look at them.?You base your decision on the applicant’s current employment regardless of their marital status with an American. In the mean time, the border is open and you let 10s of millions of illegals in for free and provide them $10s of thousands each as stipends. You should spend more time on people applying legally.

Today my visa got rejected just asking me 2 questions and based on his judgment he put me in the section of 214(b) even without asking my documents or my ties. I was leaving my children’s in home with my sister because of travel hours and he couldn’t give me a chance to explain my attention is not to stay in the US. I observed he was depressed as there was so much applicants and he was not even said hello with smiling gesture

My visa disapproval was life runining
@finacapareda4525Күн бұрын
If that is life ruining then your reason behind that is the very reason why you were denied.

@finacapareda4525 I live in one of the worst thirld world countries in the world , I applied twice what Am I supposed to do ? , Why deny my right as a student to go study abroad ?! , A legal lawful student just fuckng why ?
@finacapareda452523 сағат бұрын
@@Fruittypebbles-f5u I watched a video before also here in youtube. He was also a former visa officer. Student applied and was 9 or 10x denied. But very persistent. Visa officer said he was a shy type. Didnt talk that much. He wondered why then looked at his/her documents. Their family business was big. All the while all other officers who denied the applicant thought it was just a small time business in a province. BUT they were wrong, it was a big time biz with hundreds of employees operating on a large scale. So the visa officer approved it! The lesson: Emphasize your strong ties. The financial capacity of the one who will fund your trip to study in rhe US will be checked so highlight on it. If you will be studying there then you should be able to show that whoever will sponsor you like your parents has that money to fund your studies.

Ir5 interview was held on Oct. 3, at the embassy in Freetown. We were given a 221g for missing documents. The consular also took our passports and documents. The documents were dropped off on October 15. How long it takes to hear back from the embassy?

I got my F1 a month ago and during my interview i mentioned my family will go back to India as per my original plan as agreed with my wife. Now when I am trying to explain my son the same he is really getting upset. Everyday when i come back from office he is crying and telling me that I want to stay with you, please don't leave me. Its really getting difficult and thats the reason i want to apply their F2. Please guide me in this matter, I have sent you an email too.

First of all, I am 46 years old and the only child of my parents. I am a contractor (specifically an army contractor) with four children, and we own property in Pakistan. We have two houses, two cars, and other lands as well. I support an 8-member family financially, as no one else in the household earns. Recently, I applied for a Canadian visa for myself and my wife, but it was rejected because of an issue with my NTN (National Tax Number). The authorities felt unsatisfied that we would return to Pakistan. I have since resolved the NTN issue and also applied for a U.S. visa, with my appointment scheduled for November 6. I also acquired corporate membership in the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce, as my annual income exceeds PKR 50 million. However, my father has recently been diagnosed with a brain tumor, which has affected my ability to fully prepare for the visa interview. I tried to reschedule the appointment but couldn’t find available slots. Also, I don’t have any travel history in the past 10 years. My primary purpose for obtaining a U.S. visa is to go on a tour and visit places like New York (specifically Times Square) and Las Vegas. I am a bit confused about how much bank balance I should have for the application. I also haven’t made any reservations for hotels or flights yet, nor have I fully completed my DS-160 form. I thought it would be best to consult you about the necessary preparations and how much bank balance is recommended. Thank you very much!

Just think about a student, while he/she denied merely six sense judgment even all documents found ok. Thats could not be a proper way to select a person for visa.
