I checked my visa status and it said refused. I checked it again at 330 pm it said ready. I showed my wife and she checked it and it said refused. I checked on my laptop and it said refused. How can it go from ready to refused?

I am from Nepal. I came US as PhD student in F1 status with fully funded scholarship. I recently got married and we are planning spouse visa/ dependent visa for her to come in USA! During the time my spouse came to know that her uncle over US ( US citizen) has applied for relative visa (F4) in us embassy for my spouse father( basically his father's brother). The priority date for tha visa is 2010 but when i look current visa satus it is showing the process being going for 2007. I sent her my I20 as F2 category! Is that her father visa status of intention to go to US will affect my spouse having F2 affect her interview! Do visa officer reject my spouse visa due to tha reason! Need help on this!

With all sponsor letter fromy transplant team Then my mom applied a second time so she could come and take care of me after transplant in New York. Same results again

The reason my apppointment was brought forward is because of an emergency. My father is 71 years and Not only he endures from Alzheimer but also has lymphoma. My father has the follow up medical appointment at anderson hospital in Houston , Texas , on february 12 ,2025. I decided and planned to accompany my father, alongside, my mother, to his medical follow up in Houston, Texas . May everything in God ‘s Name my visa in case of an emergency be approved. Im planning to apply for premed in US. Unfortunately there are some discrepancies in my documents which i will submit to the university. My date of birth is mismatching in my transcripts and passport and there's an age difference of 4 years in the two. This happened due to the incorrect recording at the time of school admission. A 4-year age difference is indeed significant, and it might raise questions during the application or visa process. Here, i would like you to recommend me what I can do to overcome this issue.
