6:05 mistake number 1... Calories never burn when you are sitting... In this case he is talking about protein.. (protein actually helps a lot to build muscle) and you can't never take only protein in your diet... Even if you go gym you need around 30gm protein daily, for that you have to consume around 2000kcl (just a round figure). 6:12 why in weight gaining you are showing a unhealthy obessed guy? Weight gaining doesn't mean to gain fat, it actually means to gain muscles... And weight loose means to reduce body fat... And at last... If you want to loose fat... Workout more, eat less carbohydrates, but good amount of protein and good sleep... Do these for a year... You will get shredded... And to gain weight, work out, eat more carbohydrates and good amount of protein and sleep well... Do this for a year you will get bulk... It will definitely require time and it's not easy.... Mind it
