if you live in the us - get a reverse osmosis filter with a remineralizer. wayyyyy too many problems with our water - chlorine, fluoride, PFAS.

Desi, as they are expensive, if you could choose only 3 products from Auteur, which 3 would you pick? ( for anti aging, skin firming) I just received the Discovery set. I was very much hoping they would have included Composition 1, I’m thinking with Composition 1 I won’t have to do too many products. I’m thinking cleanser, serum and moisturizer. What are your thoughts 🤔

Hi!! I’d definitely go with the Toner, Line Serum and Density Cream. If you add Tretinoin (which is quite inexpensive) you have an amazing anti-aging routine. Just use at night, it will last a long time. 💛🌹

I was a marathon runner myself and I stopped 18 years ago, when I was 18 because I got pregnant (I was on birth control but the pill didn't work). I'm 36 now and I never exercised since I was 18 and I have lean, muscolar, sexy, healthy body and people think I'm one of my daughter classmates. So basically my unplanned pregnancy "saved" my skin. I think that the problem is exercising in open environment and running under the sun without SPF or sweating it. Plus too many marathon runners women do that because of ED and so they starve themselves (I had lots of "collegues" who were anorexics or bulimics). I think the best body you can get in athletics is running 400-1500 meters. Lifting weights (and even pilates) is highly correlated with wrinkles appearance on the forehead and on the neck. When I start exercising again I will follow your precious suggestions. You're my influencer ❤ you're stunning!

Walking really does a great job ladies, just don’t eat junk and you will see results. Don’t forget to stretch the very best you can. Yoga, I love for all of its benefits especially my balance. Who better to look at and take advice then our own beauty Desi!

This is one of the best questions I’ve received - I’ll make a short on it as well but in summary - it doesn’t matter…Contrary to what some are saying- your skin doesn’t need to breathe. My preference after tried both for many years - light lotion for skincare (sunscreen) and a dust of powder as I feel that it protects my skin but also if I sweat, I wouldn’t look ridiculous. Cleansing well after is more important. Thank you for the great question!! 💛

jump-roping is usually for much shorter time than long distance running. jump rumping, trampoline are also good for your lymphatic system.

@@juliamihasastrology4427 trampoline doesnt seem to be as "hard" as jump rope. The landing is soft.

Great question! And not really, you’re ok with jumping rope because you do it for a very short period. Actually, jumping rope if one of the best ways because it’s an amazing whole body workout in a short period of time. 💛
