I have been collecting Wiha screwdrivers for years, the red and black handle ones. The handle was the first to win an ergonomic award. Their bits are really good tool. I love the handle and thought nothing could be better. Then I bought a random PB Swiss at a junk sale. I can't say what it is, but the handle just fits the hand, it is as close to the perfect handle as it is possible to be but I can't say why.

Nice look. One of these days I'll try a Pica or Hultafors just to see what the fuss is about; I've always used Sharpies or a "Mom-pen" (4-color Bic; Mom was a teacher). MattHmm might be waiting for this from me: "try a Sofirn IF24 Pro; best toolbag flashlight I've found;" although it doesn't have a laser pointer, it does have a good area light, and a decent magnet. It charges with USB-C, and you can replace its standard 18650 when the original can no longer hold a charge.

What about reinforcing the Santronic with heat-shrink tubing when new? You already know the fail point, just an idea. Don't know if it will interfere with its accuracy.

Always stuck with my fluke tick tracer, but its about twice the cost. Definitely need to try some of the PB Swiss tools. Good stuff buddy 👍

If you try pb swiss go all the way for the multi bit racheting or non. If you make a ratcheting 100mm insider non racheting the one he has. The swiss grip is really nice even beyond what he has but has no bit storage besides the insider or racheting stubby. Yes there expensive but don't buy one or two you don't like at 40 50 60 dollars and realize I should have just spend 70 on the real deal 100m swiss grip insider. Thoes santronicschave taken over my fluke ncts which I have a ton. The santronics with the sound is square and more durable only a few bucks more (yes electronics made in usa!).

There's a ton of names in the uk it's a voltage ⚡️ sniffer 👃 🐽. We commonly call it a wiggie you pick.

You should check out the olight arkfeld pro. The magnet is strong and pumps out over 1k lumens. Wedge light. Beautiful little toy. I have the original and then when the pro came out, I needed it. Both have a laser but the pro has a UV light, as well. Also, the pica pencil is amazing. Give it a shot if you don't like the tracer. But good video. Thanks for sharing. Also, I bought knock off lead for my pica and real deal lead, there's absolutely a difference. Don't cheap out on the lead

Now you got me curious, might buy some name brand lead to check for quality. I’ve def seen the arkfeld lights around, that will be my next plight purchase for sure⚡️🫡

Now that Justin piped in i don't use no name leads in my picas tracers ox ect. Even the haultaforce refill i have don't seem to last as long as pica. Thoes are all i use unless I have no choice but to get ox ones in store. The pica refills are that I have are made in Japan the pencils are made in Germany. It's not that you can't use other stuff but I buy what works best for me poor credit card 🙃.

Om kinda using a mediocre wedgelight but I'm not afraid to loose it. Wurkkos hd01 kinda solid but does fine.

I agree with thoes suggestions and clearly you didn't just get them you use them. I love my pb swiss racheting screwdriver but it's a bench queen 👸 because it dosent store bits. My stubby that does gets my favor the things we gravitate towards. Man 2x the price of santronics ouch I never could stomach that but I bet it's just as good or the same. Flashlight with a laser pointer is very useful! I too have stopped with the rechargeable milwaukee w/pointer in favor of brighter what they call wedge lights(like yours). Your gonna laugh at the utilty knife i have in my pocket most of the time 9tiedc things a death trap 90% blade explosed. I do think pica is better than tracer in build quality still but I do think your gonna love that haultaforce. I didn't much but not the biggest fan of thoes square ones. Your right you don't loose 12 to 16 dollar pencils you feel like a fool a broke one after a while. Glad your dialed in on what you use(until you find something fun or new) 😆.

Agree so much ,I have the black ratcheting handle with like 10 bits in the back and adore that thing everyday .i like the style of that ox pencil but idk bout quality I’ve only ever used my picas of which I love .Truly better than a traditional pencil .
