The technique I am using is as follows: - I try to learn a list of words. I make sure I really understand the meaning by looking them up in a dictionary that provides examples. - Once I believe I know them, I pick them randomly one by one. - As soon as I see the word, I try to use it in a new sentence as quickly as possible. It doesn't matter if the sentence is short, contains grammar mistakes, or if the pronunciation is not accurate. I can say it again later with proper grammar and pronunciation. The point is to THINK IN ENGLISH using the word, since it has to be done quickly with no time to translate. That way, it's easy for me to sink them in while building fluency. - I repeat the steps above as many times as needed until I know them well enough to use them off the top of my head effortlessly. - Finally, I add the new words I have just learned to the "words learned this year" list. That list can be used for reviewing all those words from time to time using the same method. This helps me ensure I keep them in my active vocabulary, since a word that has not been used for a while might get "rusty".

I really impressed by ur way to memorize new words, because I am kind off person who like writing down every new words that I have passed through listening to podcast or reading novels but I think the mistake that I made is I didn’t back to them and see if i still memorize them or not. I’ll do ur way i think it is more effective
