sprinkling the bedding with arm & hammer baking soda and then vacuuming thoroughly is a great way to keep odors away. You can add a few drops of thieves essential oil for extra benefits.

Laundry smelling hack: go to your local ice hockey equipment store and ask for whatever they sell goalies for their pads and other gear. It keeps the funky gym smell and mustyness away. I’ve got to try the back thing. My back is super dry right now. My long handle brush isn’t getting all the dead skin off right now. Deodorant: I use a baking soda free one, which Lume and others aren’t. I still smell fresh the next day. It’s called Honestly Phresh and you don’t have to wash it off before a mammogram, either.

These are great tips! I definitely need the net exfoliater. I think the best thing is to use different bathing towels for different areas. Everytime I go to the restroom, I use a bottle bidet, and deodorant towelettes then reapply the deodorant. There’s no chance of ‘pit pressure’ there. And to ease restroom visits pelvic floor stretching, like happy baby.

As an active mom of a 4 year old boy (pray for me😂), most of my routines are quick. I use Olay fragrance free hydration wipes for my face, neck, and behind my ears. I double wash typically with the dove sensitive bar and the dove anti bacterial wash. When I get the luxury to triple wash, I love Natrium’s glow getter wash. I use Cerave baby for my lady parts. I have a spray bottle for tea tree oil and olive oil (tip from you) that I use under my arms before I apply my deodorant. I have a spray that doubles as a sheet spray and yoni spray from a black owned business called cream and coco. Look them up, you will not be disappointed. I also steam my sheets. So when I take my son to school, when I get home, I steam them, spray them then make my bed. Sometimes I do it at night if I don’t get to it in the morning. I just started oil pulling as well and that has been a game changer in my oral hygiene. And to finish it off, I always keep my bag in my car and one in my purse. This is not all I do, but it’s the most important for a busy schedule lol love your videos! ❤
