I agree with all of these interactions. I have had 7 GSDs. I use positive reenforcement and never have harmed a dog. They have saved me from burglars 5 times. They put themselves in danger when doing this and I was present every time. I love these dogs as much or more than humans. I am now alone in life, most family have died or live far away. My husband died. But my dogs adore me and I am an older healthy lady. I do buy my dogs from German lines, as they are healthier dogs. Plus they all came from Champions Working lines. If a person cannot handle a gas, they shouldn’t have one.

No harsh tone is sometime much important for such lagre breed so they know who is the leader

Exactly a harsh tone is needed when commanding them for the likes of recall, walking them on a lead and to stop barking etc.
