I have attempted to write down your recipes but fall short every time. So I looked for a cookbook by you but found a wonderful page on the internet with directions and pictures. This is great, just what i needed. Just wanted to say thank you so very much. I am disabled and cooking has become a real difficulty for me. Being 60+ with limited mobility you have been a life saver, not to mention allowing me to feel I am still useful and productive. I am so happy I found you. God bless and a warm Tank You.

Just wanted to say that I'm older & disabled as well, & currently dealing with cancer issues, so I feel the same about Julie's helpful & tasty recipes. For me they're wonderful, as I can make the sheet pan or slow-cooker meals & get a few meals made at once... eat some now, portion & freeze the rest to warm up later. And her freezer-bag meals are great too... I just freeze smaller portions, since I'm only cooking for myself. And I love how her recipes are easily adaptable if you don't care for a particular ingredient. This young lady has encouraged me to cook again, something I'd stopped doing several years ago when my husband had to go into a skilled nursing facility. I felt I didn't need to cook anymore. Then when he passed away 2 years ago, I really had no interest in cooking. I just lived on take-out or frozen microwave foods. I can't say I cook for myself 100% of the time, but I'm definitely eating much better than I had been. Plus, shopping for & prepping the food gives me something to do, & helps take my mind off my troubles. Sorry for this long ramble... Can you tell I don't get out much, lol?? I have a bad habit of going on too long in some of my comments. I suppose it's my way of "talking" to people, since my social calendar is not exactly full these days. @@Howiesgirl We are like pees in a pod. I don't get out much either. My issue is I can't stand for more than a few minutes at a time, and walking is painful and difficult. On occasion my hands wont do what I want them to do so that is scary. I just wanted to reach out and let you know you are not alone. You've got me and Julia now on your side 😀

Those look great. Me and my husband are watching you from our back porch in Alabama. We have breakfast out here every morning. Planning lunch and supper. In our town,there is nothing open on Sunday or .monday. Its really laid back,but you have to cook or go hungry. We,re working today and tomorrow,so we need something easy and fast,and good. Another winner! I never enjoyed (or was very good at!) cooking before I discovered your channel, but your recipes are exactly the kind of stuff we like at our house and it's so fun to watch you make everything, you're so sweet. My husband even noticed that I am enjoying cooking now and the meals coming out of our kitchen are far better than they used to be! He is a firefighter and I'm embarrassed to admit I have almost needed to call on his services in the past in some of my cooking endeavors! It's never a good thing when the firefighter's wife starts a kitchen fire! :D Thanks so much for all you do and for the wonderful videos you post, they are so very appreciated! What I love about your channel is that these are ingredients I pretty much always have on hand because Walmart is one of two grocery stores in my small town. I don't need to go out and get anything extra for the barbecue chicken meal (minus the onion, but my eyes don't like it when I chop onions anyways). Thanks for all of the great meal suggestions! I'm the sole caregiver for my mom who is 90. She is very picky now about what she eats and we don't eat a whole lot. Was thinking of making a smaller batch, using the airfryer for some of these.
