Regarding the ads, it is a little dependent on the type of business, and my advice is to try it with a small budget to get an idea, you can quite often pick up a £200 credit / promotion to test it out with. Love your content! Question: How does google respond to using a stock image IF the image has been customized. In other words, I add original images to the stock image to make it a unique product?

Google vision is pretty good as I show in my videos, but not 100% accurate. so if you manipulate stock photos you are improving the chances of it losing views as unique. Always be led by does it make sense for the customer and its more likely to lead you in the right direction

Also Google looks at 3 things - where is the searcher? - What do they want (there intent) - Who is the best authoritve fit nearby Then it notes the signals the result produces, customer clicks and stays is positive up vote to the business result, customer clicks away and thats a down vote. I agree with you about naming your profile but the problem is keyword stuffing GBP names continues to give a huge ranking boost and despite many anti spam updates Google still doesn’t appear to be too bothered about fixing it. How long should a business miss out on prime ranking spots because they are playing by the rules. A suspension may be inevitable, assuming you don’t set up a trading name that matches the keyword rich GBP name but when will Google get around to enforcing their own TOS. I’ve been doing Local SEO for over 10 years and we are still waiting!

Simon , thanks for that great comment. You are absolutely right. I think this is what make Google Business Profile so fascinating as it is full of potential and is the leader in providing businesses with a platform to sell and be found, yet its soo broken in areas that seem obvious to everyone other than google. I'm currently filming an interaction with Google where they have suspended a genuine business and its now over 60 days and still not resolved, though they have been given everything they requested and its not breaking any guidelines - they have a lot to change before it works fairly

I know this comment might not get seen because its a older video. But on my business page google is offering me a custom email account. I remember the video of the window cleaner using multiple emails and he got suspended for over 100 days. I registered my business with my personal email account do you think the same thing might happen to me if I got a new business email google is offering? Sorry for the long comment.

I wonder if these are due to other competitors adding irrelevant suggestions to dilute your authority. I had the same a year ago and assumed they were from Google, but I'm not so sure now as it seems a constant barage. my advise is only accept the applicable

These suggestions are taken from across the web, either on your website or off reviews given by customers, they are not coming from competitors. I suspect that they may also come from social media posts as well etc.
