We had an issue where uploading kept failing (7 times in a row to be exact). I then discovered that I had location services turned off for google, maps, my chrome and safari browsers, etc. So make sure you have location services enabled at least for the process of shooting and uploading your video. As soon as I enabled location services the video was able to upload. Finally! :)

Daaaaamn I had it set with my address on it but I'm a mobile business - I was like why is it asking for branding on a building I don't have a building! I submitted it about 10 minutes before I switched to service areas rather than brick and mortar. Hopefully it works. Thanks man.

We are a tour operator based in Las Vegas that does all of our business online. There is no store frontage, reservations are all online or via phone. I can video our street and our house and walk through the house to get to the office, but we have no signage. I am thinking of just recording our business license and tax documents (with my name on them) to show proof. Will this work?

I doubt it. To qualify for a Business Profile, a business must make in-person contact with customers during its stated hours. If you operate exclusively on-line you're not eligible to claim a listing

You need permanent signage, something that is obviously been put in place not as a temporary measure. A work van is not a "staff area". Just use an "office space instead" if you have one

I run an online psychology clinic. My therapists see clients online and clients visit their home. The therapists are like employees, or contractors, and I give them all the business. Clients go to their houses (or via zoom). They have agreed to use their homes as GBP sites so they can get more business, and said they cna do the filming etc. They are kind of like a franchisee of my organisation. Is this a problem? They will all call the GBP name the name og my organisation + location.

From the sound of it those therapists work "with you" and not "for you" and you pass on leads to them. Therefore they should set up their own listing from using their home address. They can display their address if customers go to them. Their business name should be how thy represent themselves in real life without adding any additional keywords (not your company)

The idea is to show google your business is legitimate so shoot whatever is relevant to your business.

For me it wasn't possible as to show my car with logos is in the parking underground , street signs okay but home office 7 floors up which makes it impossible to record everything < 5 minutes. With Google support they wanted a Siret number with exactly the same name, which I have a slightly different name at the same address.

Getting verified may be challenging if you're using a co-working space. To qualify, you need to meet the following criteria: -Clearly display signage that represents your business. -Receive customers at the location during business hours. -Ensure your office is staffed by your own business personnel during business hours. If you don't meet these requirements, Google will not verify your listing.
