Are you training your footwork enough? Don't slack on it.

Watching you fight, I'd say your footwork is why you are as great as you are. It makes things so much smoother with your obvious game plan you're working through also.

Could you talk a bit on the major kickboxing amateur orgs.? Who are they? What are the differences, like rules, styles...? What fighters came from each of the orgs?

Great tips. Especially # 3 Really trying to lock that one down. How you feel about jump roping ? We use it as warmups for 3-5 min. Apparently several of us have been using it as a standard 'jump'. Our coach called us out on it the other day stating that it needs to have a rhythm bounce/ jump to it. He's very light on the foot when he uses it. One foot in air. One on floor. Smooth brief skips. Just wondering if you've done a brief mention/tutorial on this before 🤔

i got a question, i learned before that if you wanna move forward you fave to move your leg in front first and then follow with the rear leg to maintain balance and your stance , and vice versa for if wanna move backwards, is the method in this video faster ? is there different feature for each method ?
