Just start at the beginning of the adjustment layer and hit the right arrow key 20 times ….. each time it moves it’s moving 1 frame

To me premiere is easier but that is just because that is what I know and what I been editing on since I started , I tried resolve but I just couldn’t grasp it , all of them will have a steep learning curve, youtube is a great place to learn any of them tho

When you downloading it it will look like that but that is just the way your computer reads it , when you go to premiere pro go to presets right click and import it
