Oh my gosh! I didnt think the video could have been better but the winners name made me cry. That was my moms maiden name and she passed last year (Betty Chambliss) she loved Christmas her birthday was the 27th so she was a gift to her parents. Im in tears. I make non quilted fabric trees and I use dress maker pins instead of hot glue. You do need a thimble since head is very tiny. Love the dowel and polish idea. Will be buying those. I am doing a winter theme after Xmas this year. Oh, the spiral wire you clipped of from star looks like a little tree!

Have to post a thought before I forget- Those coils from the stars would make cute trees on a tiered tray or some other small display. You could leave them as is or easily spray paint them to suit the color scheme of your choice. :)

Loved them all, won't even try to pick a favorite. Well, maybe the card holder, partly b/c I never have a place for my cards & I end up piling them on the mantel. I might mod podge a large Christmas gift bag on the background or some nifty wrapping paper. That's the other thing I like about about it---so customizable! Your stuff is always so easy to make it my own!

The wisest thing you said is that you need to accept help. It isn’t easy, but it is necessary at this time. I know you are thankful that this did not happen at the beginning of your move. You have accomplished so much in your new garden. I bet your friends and family will help you get the garden to a point you can live with until your recovery is complete. So sorry you are going thru it, but it is good you are able to see the positives in the experience. Meanwhile, you can dream and plan for next year, and enjoy those Hallmark movies!
