I feel like Evil Egypt would go great with a weapon replacer mod that replaces all weapons with the ones from the 3DO version of Killing Time. Although some custom sprite work would need to be done to put the same player hands on other weapons as well.

Real cool video,very entertaining. Out of all these,the first one you've shown still takes the cake for me visually. That browser you've shown at the beginning of the video seems great,would definitely use it if I'd be on the internet on my laptop,good stuff. But the last WAD? "Powerslave" fits the map like a glove,pretty neat MIDI. Nice one,Mutie,really sweet,even exquisite.

so far DBP 50 emerald city is the one i like the most. except for the last level. the open city map was the best. i liked the interactive props like you have to cut vines with the chainsaw. sadly it wasn't reused in other levels. it plays very well with D4T mod.

High Noon Drifter. Gunslinger 2.0 by Xenoxols is very good for the western/treasure hunter fantasy as well, but it has no BFG replacement, so it can be a tough sell.

Things like this are why Doom is a timeless 10/10 game that I still play today, and also why I never even consider playing all these terrible looking modern shooters like Valorant, Apex Legends, CS:GO, Fortnite, etc. It's sad these multimillion dollar games can't manage to be better than one made by a handful of nerds in the early 90s that probably has more community content made than any other game. Don't even get me started on Doom 2016 or Doom Eternal, those games are horrible insults to the original.
