sounds like the balance would be all over the place, which is usually an issue with custom weapon + enemies. If you can use it with any map then no care can be put towards enemy placement

Bethesda Game Studios however always makes one companion the maximum only if Todd Howard could add a multiple companion system like with BioWare games to Bethesda Games rather than rely on modders to do the work.

It’s a great idea, i like it! You reach a certain point in any RPG where you’re just so powerful it feels like no one can kill you. So to have a nemesis that grows stronger along side you, and is always hunting you is a nice change of pace. It’s also good that you can drop the heart if you need a break
