I think we can reduce the substantial burden on women. Men have to be convinced to take care of some stuff at home. That way, women will be less stressed and will be mindful if men are somewhat or equally involved in the housework.

Hi madam, Your tips are really good. I want to follow them. I keep motivation but my mother in law always comments on me and my ways. Constantly correcting this and commenting. I can't take and I can't be pleasant. I am very much distrubed that I stopped cooking. Even my sister in law is like that. My mother in law supports her and tell she is always correct and she is more important than your husband. Me and my cosisters are suffering and I know there are many other working ladies apart from office tension, specially mother in law and sister in law's are very insulting. My husband asks me to be calm and mind my work. But this is hurting me a lot. Could you please do a video on how not to react when you are in laws are always commenting and discouraging.

Hi. suffering from the same conditions for last 17 years and now came to know that some people are narcissistic, they never want us to be happy.please search more on narcissistic personality and follow gray rock method.I know it is too hard to give no response when someone knowingly do wrong with us.But no one can help you,no one will come to correct your in laws.you have to make your own way.Just trust yourself, love yourself and don't loose confidence.👍
