You should emphasize the survival mechanics of Wind Archer more. Crystal puppet makes gollux not even face towards you in p1. It also keeps the blue orbs in damien p2 from chasing you (and applying dmg nerf to you if theyre too close) Wind walking in the air nonstop can trivialize most boss mechanics in entire game. It's like holding blink and floating but way longer and no cooldown. Also gale barrier is the best part about WA's bossing kit, being able to absorb 300% of your max HP (soon 400%) is insane. HWill for example, when he pushes glasses up in p1 and shoots oneshot laser I don't even have to move if I don't want to, the barrier tanks it multiple times, and the cooldown isn't even that big once it's gone

@@sc9573 I've played both to 250/260. Id say overall Wind Archer is better. Way lower cooldown V skills which means more useful in training. But blood arrows on BM are extremely OP and you can just stand still in a lot of bosses and tank pretty much all non-oneshots forever

Wind walk also let's you avoid the burn damage of chaos crimson queen if timed right, which is very nice if you still can't kill her very fast, since you have no sustain and aside from gale barrier you are extremely squishy.

If I saw this comment earlier I wouldn’t had choose buccaneer, I was interested in his automatically constant damage. And 4 I frame total, with an ability to push most bosses back . But bosses that meaningful to your progression like hellux, chaos, lotus , Damien can be solo so easily with wind archer. I’m so dumb. But at least I make a good bossing mule with bucc probably stopping him at lomien too…

For Bucc another great pro is the classes loaded dice for mobbing. Basically 100% uptime on 30-50% extra exp on top of your decent holy symbol, as well as additional stats for dmg that might just help you oneshot if you need it.

To add on Bucc also have 100% up time for EOH due to time leap. So even when you have no guild skill, you can still have some additional damage to boss or train instead of waiting for guild skill to cooldown.

@@mazinouniverseis basically a skill that reset any characters’s skills within the party. Provided if the skill is affected by cooldown reduction (usually stated in the skill description). Like for example Echo of Hero/Exclusive buff, after casting there is a 1 hour long Cooldown, but if you have timeleap skill, you can immediately canceled that 1 hour long cooldown and the skill can be casted again. You can try test with a character with AB link skill too, instead of 60s cooldown you can just use it immediately after pressing Time leap skill.

All Explorer Mages, All Explorer Thieves, Cadena. That's a good start. All the "Must Have Link Skill" lists have those seven (3 mages, 3 thieves, Cadena) classes at the top.

Both demon classes have great link skills Demon avenger will give you a 10% damage boost at lvl 2 15% at lvl 3, Demon Slayer will provide you with 15% boss damage at lvl 2 20% at lvl 3 !

Start with DA, Kanna and Ark to level 2. Then Evan/Merc/Aran for exp. Then Phantom/BT

Luminous will give you a lot of hard to come by ignore defense, that is a must as soon as you start bossing. For bossing, all resistance classes for the invincibility after resurrecting are incredibly useful, at least as soon as you start the weekly ones. Explorer warriors have nice links if you have trouble surviving since they provide some emergency healing. Kinesis gives you crit damage which is a very good damage boost too. Angelic buster has a great link skill for burst damage, again most relevant for bossing. Zero link also gives ignore defense, but it's very little and not worth it unless you are really really starved for it.

I can't decide between bucc or bishop. Will play on EU Reboot, so being support class gives higher chance of finding party for high level bosses. I know bishop have lower dps, but I have a feeling that soloing early bosses wont be much different with all the freebies and will really start to matter when I can solo hlomien+ sooo.... long time. On bucc side, I'm kinda worried about farming at high level maps later. I know 1hko LotD will be much easier, but still bishop may be a better farmer unless bucc is super funded? Can anyone tell me average kills per hour on both classes?

think about it this way: bishop has a really difficult time dying in bosses. you have shell that protects from 1hko attacks like 20 times for 20 seconds every 80 seconds. you have door which gives extra life every 10 minutes. you have dispel, you have magic guard. you have the potions spell and the healing pool which surpass potion block, plus you have heal. with all of these options, sure it'd take longer time to kill bosses, but whereas you'd die pretty quick in many of the early bosses before killing them, here you can survive long enough to actually kill the bosses. plus, mobbing with your 5th job skills which are almost always off CD is super easy. timing infinity is a bit of a drag, and you need pretty high legion for buff duration, but innate HS is a godsend, and you can usually get super high exp rates while training if you use everything at your disposal. im currently training a 226 bishop, and so far had a rate of like 1%/2% per minute as long as i had a rune active and a legion 2x exp buff.

I regret burning my previous DA to 250. There is a learning curve you have to deal with , use your HP skills in time to avoid diying pluse the potion pot ... I hate surviving as a DA since it's a mule for me . But he's strong

Its a relatively low cost to swap between classes as a explorer mage since they all share the same lib weapon. The only cost is mesos and nodes. Compared to switching from shadower to nl, you would have to relib.
