5 Great Places to Enjoy in Cocoa Beach, Florida| The Pier, the Beaches, Desserts and Ron Jon!

In this video, we’re off our couch in Cocoa Beach, Florida, a popular vacation destination close to both Orlando and the theme parks as well as the Kennedy Space Center, checking out five great places to enjoy while in Cocoa Beach. Our trek begins at the popular Cocoa Beach pier where we walk the pier and enjoy some shopping, food, and drinks while marveling at the fantastic view from the pier. We also enjoy a walk on the beach as well as a visit to the world’s largest surf shop, the Cocoa Beach Ron Jon Surf Shop. This is an excellent place to learn more about surfing history, take some great photos, and of course, get some gear for the beach. The Florida Surf Museum is directly across from the Surf Shop to learn more about surfing history. We also check out 4th Street Fill-in Station, a gastro bar with an impressive menu and monster shakes as well as another popular food stop in Cocoa Beach, the Florida Key Lime Pie Company where we enjoy more treats and a piece of Florida key lime pie, of course! Our last stop takes us back to the beach via Lori Wilson Park. In addition to having access to the beautiful beach, the park also offers pavilions, a dog park, and additional insight into the uniqueness of Cocoa Beach. We have been to Cocoa Beach at least four times for our Disney Cruise trips. I think we prefer the beaches on the Emerald coast on the gulf side but it’s still nice and we love the community.
