He Spoke Style, I love your fashion content! However, the Polo green will get you no love from the ladies. I remember when my uncle had it back in the 80’s and I would sneak and wear it. I have different fragrances for different occasions. I love Original Santal though. @@christopherlippa5232 I really like Colonia Leather from ADP and I had Eton College from TOBS years ago. The shave cream is very fragrant. Love that stuff. The cologne is a bit lighter but still good. I also like Taylors Rose shaving cream. Smells a bit like Frederic Malles fragrance Portrait Of A Lady.

Hi Brian. You did a great presentation on these colognes, especially informing us of how they smell, how well they wear and the best situations for them. I've never been one to wear colognes, but I've started delving into them recently. I only have Grey by Dolce & Gabbana and Black Bold by Kenneth Cole. It can be overwhelming to try to pick a fragrance and after just a short time shopping they all start to smell the same. That makes content like your's all the more helpful. Thanks for the comment, Jude. Appreciate the support and kind words. Fragrance is so intriguing. There are so many fascinating scents out there. Finding a great scent is like a quest. It's fun and there are so many to try and fall in love with. You just kind of need to dive in! Go to a Saks, Barneys, or Bergdorfs and loiter at the men's fragrance counter. I'm positive someone will be able to guide you!

I would definatly add the Terre d'Hermes to your collection, It's woody there's also a freshness of citrus fruit and shiso It's been my only fragrance for more then 10 years now. Thank you for the video.

Really awesome idea. In a couple of the outfit videos I've done recently, I've included recommended fragrances along with the outfit details. As I say, I really think fragrance is the last detail of any outfit you put together. It's also very dependent on the occasion, time of day and time of year.

Tom fords Ombre Leather is gorgeous, hated it at first as its SO different... but started loving it once i got it... Whats your take on Dior Homme's line? Dior Homme Parfum EDP, Dior Homme EDT, Etc? If you've gotten to smelling those?

Interesting. I was immediately drawn to TF Ombre Leather, but it is certainly a punch in the face with leather! I haven't had the chance to smell any of the Dior line. Worth exploring?

@@hespokestyle Sure is, I love the Dior Homme EDT, Dior Homme Parfum is an either love or hate type fragrance..... Niche quality if you will! Gorgeous in my opinion though! Would love to get feedback from you when you tried both of them out, I live in suits which is the reason.... Dior Homme EDT is my signature scent... I just sprayed the Dior Homme EDP on my arm and it overpowers TF Ombre leather.. by miles... sprayed them side by side haha!

Nice! Definitely need to get Black Afgano. It will blow you away. Creed is very nice--very elegant. Personal favorites are Green Irish Tweed, Spice and Wood and Original Santal. I really like Royal Mayfair as a scent, but it's not really for me on my skin.

I don't! I honestly didn't realize there was such a huge community of fragrance guys here. Though the more I think about it, I guess it comes as no surprise. Really pleased to have you here on the channel. I do not follow Jeremy Fragrance but will check him out. A friend of mine, Nicholas who owns Le Noeud Papillon and makes the best bow ties in the world, is a big fragrance dude. He sent me a couple of samples with the last bow I got, including Cire Trudon Mortel, which I am completely in love with.

I'm a Fraghead, 100+ bottles, lol I have problems.... Polo Green is a classic, I wear it often. Ombre Leather is ok, nothing close to Tuscan Leather for me. Tobacco Vanille is a winter staple every man should own.

Wow 100 bottles! I have 10 bottles (but around 100 decants/samples, have tried 150+ fragrances). I hope to one day have that many bottles. And I'll have to give Tobacco Vanille another shot. It was too powerful for me when I first tried it (maybe 2 or 3 years ago) but my nose is probably more developed now. Have you ever tried Amber Absolute by Tom Ford? I'm about to order a sample. Hear it's amazing juice.

@@Tyronieus hey bro - Amber Absolute is stronger than Tobacco Vanille, actually smells a lot like Tobacco Oud (my personal fav although polarizing!) NY collection got to about 200 bottles before I gave half away to friends and family. You go on this journey to realize one thing - less is more, only bottle up scents you can't live without. Buying fragrances is a very personal issue because every skin has a different "oil" and way to react to them. The best thing is go in person to the store and them try them there ON YOUR SKIN, not in a cardboard, go around the store and when is dry if is good go for it if not. , forget about it. These fragrances maybe smell good on you but not in others,. Sorry to spoil your commission

You are absolutely correct and that's a very good point. There have certainly been some that I have loved the smell of--many of the TF ouds come to mind--but after trying it on my skin, I knew it wasn't right for me.

Oh, the most definitely are. There are certainly some you might consider to be "four-season" but many are very much seasonal. For example, a very heavy scent, like Black Afgano or Nanban, aren't really warm weather fragrances. Think about how hot and muggy it can get in the summertime. The last thing you want is a "heavy" fragrance.
