I just purchased a Jayco with a bunkhouse that I am using for my tiny home as I am a snowbird. I am using one bed for me to sleep when I have guest and the rest of the area for storage to maintain full living in the summer months.

pam im actually drawing out plans for just such a thing but in a tiny camper format 6x12 interior dimensions and actual rooms also an interior ceiling height of 6ft.6in batterys and eletrical components will be in the wedge nose area this plan could easily be modified for a larger plan like maybe a retired school bus /larger factory built rv or travel trailer my unit will be built on a 6x12 utility trailer a.c. and solar will be mounted on the roof probably wont camper may get a cassettee toilet but probably no shower

This one is great! It would even give me an extra room to use as my arts and crafts room to make stuff and sell! I'm not completely in love with it, but with the right flooring and maybe some paint and/or wallpaper, some homemade lighting I have in mind, the right blinds and curtains along with decor, we could make it something we'd be excited to come home to at night! Especially considering the price! People are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars for a home they'll more than likely never actually own and I my husband and I could have our own home for under $40,000! ( I was talking about the first one, my husband distracted me and I didn't even realize there were others to be seen! 🤣 )

The rv that has the floor plan where the living room divided the kitchen would be great for sports fans. Think about this, you don't want to miss your team's touchdown but have to reach in the fridge for a beer. The fridge is right next to the TV. So you can keep your eyes on the game while opening the fridge door and grab some suds. Perfect day!

I want to use the bunk room as a second living room for adults and kids. So, it has to have an adult size sofa and a place for a large TV. The guys can then watch the game or race in there while the rest of us can talk, play games, listen to music, cook, etc. in the rest of the RV.

I really like the East to West trailer. I could live in that. However, you said the shower height was 66 1/2 inches which would make it only 5 1/2 ft tall. and theoverall height was 69" Surely that can't be correct?

i have to admit im not impressed with the receptacles hidden inside a cubby they should be in plain view that would eliminate the need t light the cubby and eliminate potentially several yards of wiring as for that bed not being a queen not so sure if id say its not a queen as there is official sizing in the world of matresses

@@RVBlogger I did. The roof ballooned, tanks cracked, doors went out of alignment and wouldn't close, water hookups leaked no matter what I did, had electrical issues(no pests). will say they look nice in the show room but they use really cheap materials and it falls apart with even light use. Model 285bh
