For guys with acne: I've struggled with it for years and finally at the beginning of summer I decided to try something new. I cut all dairy products from my diet and I've started drinking a gallon of water a day and Ive improved my diet a little, need to continue to improve tho. That cut my acne down to nearly nothing. (it was really bad before) Additionally, I would recommend daily exercise and ,obviously, washing your face. The vasiline on is really good but I apply Argon oil to my lips twice a day and it works better in my opinion and you can use it to treat dried elbows and mailed your face and hair soft etc

Vaseline moisturizes the lips but then immediately drys it out OP. I recommend aquaphor. Does the same thing as vaseline but doesn't pull the moisture out of your lips.
