Would you start new client with bodyweight squats, perhaps set of sumo deadlift or leg curl, Row with dumbells, Bench press with dumbells and Overhead press with dumbells... Easier to get stronger and prepare the joints for barbell movements?

Here's my argument, i fucking hate squats, so if i need to do them ill hate goong to the gym, and i wont go to the gym, instead of doing this.. i only do exercises that i enjoy, and this makes me loving going to the gym. If something is the best but you cant stick to it then it is the worst

@suhwateezea.214 I can do more body weight squats than my wife hahaha, and I'm nearly twice her weight, I just do leg extensions and leg presses sometimes. But the main point I was making is I'm all about consistency, if I don't like what I'm doing in the gym I won't stick to it. For me it's wayyyy more important to stay in the gym lifestyle than it is to include squats.
