I love 🥔 and since it's now July and throughout until the end of October I will be harvesting my own home grown 🥔 . Beans, Greens, Oatmeal and fruit are all my favourite foods. Love 🥰 the video and love 💕 beautiful, lovely and gorgeous Healthy Emmie. Stay and keep safe.

Love the simplicity..... I've been tweaking my diet towards this style and am loving it. Still love seeds and nuts. But I am keeping them in check more and more.

I have a question in regards to natural sugars in fruit and the carbs in potatoes. I’ve been diagnosed with insulin resistance. How can this lifestyle change help that?

Great info. Love it. All my favourites for sure. Been on the starch solution for a few months now. Doing pretty good. My only problem is at night. I find it soooo hard not to eat junk at night. I would have none of it in the house but not all my family is eating the way I am. Any suggestions for my problem?

You probably need to be eating more food earlier in the day. If you’re truly hungry, eat vegetables, potatoes, or fruit. If you don’t want to eat that, then you’re not truly hungry and you need to let those cravings pass.

after my meal i brush and floss my teeth and don't hang out downstairs (near my kitchen). That way I only drink water after I want to be done eating. It doesn't always work, but it helps a lot!

I hide the food that I don't want to eat. Ha! But seriously, I bought some Dandy Blend coffee substitute and drank a cup of it in the afternoon for a week and now I find myself craving carrots. Have you tried it?
