I really like ur effort to bring the recipes that are quick & most healthy... By going through the comment section I understood that so many people came up against the consumption of honey as well as dates.. No one is going to eat whole cake as snack .I mean one piece of cake is nt at all harm for diabetic patients..These recipes are really helpful to increase the blood flow compared to other bakery items... For a diabetic one dates is enough for him to go to the doc. Why don't I just put sucre and it will be the same a one person part diabetic doesn't work like this it is healthy yes but not for diabetic patients even a little matter for them

My 80 y/o dad just diagnosed as pre-diabetic and here's the holiday season. Wrote down all ingredients/directions for your energy bars(1st recipe) and will make them instead of cookies. So excited to taste these. Need to find curry recipes that are good diabetic meals, also. Thank you for teaching us how to make sweets without the sugar/jaggery!

Eating with moderation. Think before you eat. Eating date is not going to spike specially if you add nuts to slow down sugar absorption. Now, if eat a lot, or a container full of dates, sugar will spike. Dates is very healthy. Dates is too sweet, one is just right for me. I will make some of these recipes with less Dates. Diabetics or not, sugar is poison. Covid, cancer loves sugar.

Its not refined sugar, its honey and dates which is not at all harmful. Any person can eat at max 3 pieces of sweet at a time and its not an issue. My parents are diabetic, always very much under control and doesnt restrict on any sweets, coz no one can eat a plate of sweets unlike savory items

They are NOT sugar free. There is no white granulated sugar in them, but fructose that dry fruits have is also sugar. Both of them are prosessed the same way by our bodies.

Cinnamon, Chinese star anise and cloves are very good for lowering high blood sugar. Adding them in a blended form to these baked goods would help keep the sugar levels low and stable. I make use them to make drinks and baked goods for people with diabetes and high blood sugar.

scarletfluerr have moringa leaves or powder daily . KZbin have many videos. Diabetes is zero . Moringa is Miracle tree 🌳 it seems. Do check out other videos and add substitute . Post the substitute you used.Instead of Dates you can add other nuts like apricot or jujube(Chinese date ) or other fruit powders available in market. Instead of honey 🍯 use maltose or maple syrup or sevia - a type of sugar, or even coconut sugar.

yes, and the whte flour turns into blood glucose rapidly after ingestion, even non diabetes who eat these as healthy snacks frequently would have higher risk of becoming diabetic!

@@nidiyagaspar6303 I disagree. With diabetes your insulin could not care less where the sugar comes from, it cares if the sugar is achievable. In other words can it be metabolised into energy. Aspartame, sucralose, xylitol etc can not be converted into energy so they are better for diabetics who still want a sweet taste without the trip to the hospital. Honey is immediately achievable as is most fructose. Here's the kicker though, carbohydrates get turned into sugars by your body so diabetics need to watch carbs every bit as much as they do sugars. Calling these sugar and carbohydrate heavy treats "healthy sweets for diabetics" will lead to someone new to their diabetic journey thinking they are safe, trying them and ending up in need of medical care.

@@nidiyagaspar6303 NO. Sugar is sugar is sugar- it doesn't matter whether it is natural or artificial. Btw sugar also comes from a natural source - called sugarcane. Some fruits are ok for diabetics but not fruits like banana or mango which are very high in sugars. Dates especially are extremely high in sugar and also honey. Please don't spread misinformation.

Flour, Dates and Honey are not good for diabetics. Dates has sugar. Dates can be consumed by diabetics if their sugar levels are in control. It is advisable to consult your Dietician/Doctor the amount of dates can be consumed daily. Please do not follow these kind of recipes online when you are diabetic or pre-diabetic,

I hope you know dates are very very sweet. Sugar from dates, although natural, is still sugar. Diabetics should not be eating that much dates. Please don't promote is as a "healthy" food for diabetics. So adding dates does not make this a safe food for diabetics. Dear all who are watching this video and have diabetes- please don't add so many dates and so much honey. It is not good for your health. Whoever made this video is misguiding everyone. To the person that made this video- sugar is also natural. It comes from sugar canes BUT it is NOT healthy. Please be careful when you give someone health advise. A diabetic can get very very sick because of you.
