That is my favourite land so far. And I have watched an awful lot of your channel. Crayfish sold it for me. Tells you how clean and pure that water is. I would fancy turning that into a Langoustini farm. 😀

Another nice property! I have enjoyed your videos over the last year so decided to visit Fundão to see the area for myself. Unfortunately I chose this last week so got to enjoy all that rain. It is a beautiful area and I enjoyed hiking on the Estrela and Gardunha mountains when it wasn't raining too hard. I like to dream about living on one of your properties but I think realistically it would be hard to abandon the kids and grandkids here in Canada.

The price mentioned was 250.000 Euro's. I expected around 200.000 Euro's, before it was mentioned. Need some extra money to fix the place up a bit, modernize it. But for me this would be a nice farm. Location is not bad either. Pretty close to a city with everything you might need.

Why this obsession with "modernising"? What is considered contemporary today will be outdated in 50 years anyway, so by keeping it as original as possible, can only contribute to the long term value. If you want a modern house, buy a new build, and leave the older properties to those who will appreciate them.
