Which one of these have you used before? Or is there anything else that you have discovered??

I do not need any of those for my photography, I never use stacking, nor video.

This is the first video that I've seen that shows actually hidden/barely used options. I'm using focus frame display, it can also be assigned to custom key. Stills from video looks promising, thanks.

I see why people say Sony's menu systes weren't that user friendly. On Nikon in playback mode one can just press the the selection wheel up r down to scroll through all the pphoto info, histogram , metadata, frame & focus point if aquired (aquired is a big one with older Nikon's because half the time, they don't). Just leave it on the focus point screen & it will be there next time you press the playback button. I hear that Sony's menus get better with every new camera release & are probably the most customizable (as far as button set up is concerned) cameras available.

Sony's menus used to be terrible but have been great in cameras that came out after late 2020 with the revamped menus.

I would really love the divider frame, unfortunately the A7III doesn't have it, nor does the focus frame display. Or maybe I'm just stupid and can't find it...

It doesn't unfortunately.

My suggestion is if you want people to watch to the end, instead of saying something like the best part is at the end, leave that out and don't spend a minute and a half get into the part that's actually interesting.
