Great timing, Increasing my home equity has been on my mind lately. I've just finished demoing my bathroom to install new tiles. I was crossing my fingers that bathroom remodels wouldn't be on the list.. And it wasn't! Amazing video, Anthony! Keep these top 5 videos coming. Thanks, yeah the solar thing really surprises many. It's the way it's marketed and sold. They pitch the increase in value and it's just not true. I even tried to buy a solar package outright from 3 different sales people and they only would do the lease. Never will give you a straight up price.

Oh by the way, Kitchen and Bathrooms are the first thing home buyers look for to be up to date and will improve your values.
