Preach sister! Yep, in real estate, buyers focus mostly on the kitchen, living/dining and master bed/ensuite. Side note, a welcome matt and cute wreath at the front door will bring buyers in, and some fresh mulch/bark in those flower beds will add instant curb appeal and make the house appear cared for. Use seasonally appropriate potted plants to add a pop of color and freshness. Essentially, buyers are now conditioned and expect a home on market to look like it was peeled off HGTV. If you can accomplish that, your home will sell quickly and for top dollar👍😉 Excellent Video Lou.... I ALWAYS appreciate your humor.... cupie dolls and purple rain... I almost peed!😂

Do you feel staging is an absolute must? We had to move to our new home quickly and there our old home sits, completely empty. I'm not sure we could even afford to stage it. If I had to choose I guess it would be to clean from top to bottom, then hire someone to come in behind me for the polish and sparkle...windows and such.

I think the 5 things in this video should absolutely be done, but not everyone can afford to stage a vacant home, it's pricy. You may be able to find a company that can stage your home with a contingency. You'll pay after it's sold. It will be a higher price but you will likely get a higher price in the sale.

Ask your realtor if they would be willing to pay for staging and have reimbursement thru escrow. Staging benefits sellers by bringing in top dollar offers and decreases days on market, and all Realtors can appreciate a fast sale and happy clients. That's why we are in the bus😉❤

This is my doggy, Brandon! He is the sweetest, cutest and most lovable dog ever!! All he ever wants to do is to please his owners. We don’t know what to do as he is getting older and the thought of him not being with us any more just makes us very sad. I’m sorry that he got nuted when he was young and the only way to have him with us is to clone him but after looking into that, it’s way to expensive and we are just plain working people. If everybody who reads this, sent us a ($1.00) I wonder if it would be enough to have him cloned?
