It's a long historical fact that many rulers through history had elite hit squad type soldiers under their command. Also the midichlorian test basically tests how many midichlorians a person has per cell to best estimate their sensitivity, raw potential and ability to use the Force. The higher the number the easier it is for someone to learn but since everyone has them everyone can use the Force just less midichlorians means that much more training and hard work. Case and point Sabine Wren in Ahsoka. The higher the count just means it will be easier for them to learn and tap into the Force as well as how powerful they could potentially become. Remember the Force is a part of all living organisms technically meaning they have midichlorians and the potential to touch if not use the Force through hard work. Them testing Anakin was partly to show he was the chosen one and made by the Force itself, that's why his count is so high and it's uncommon to find individuals with counts that high. Only other known force users with counts that high were Yoda and Sidious but Yoda's race is naturally strongly gifted in the Force.

@stars9084 Yes. Dark Nest II: Unseen Queen Dark Nest III: The Swarm War And us mentioned in the books as a Pirate Hunting Victory class star destroyer. If there were enough changes to it, like the massive tractor beam generator, gravity well projectors, and a different weapons loadout, and being a newly built ship, not a modified older one, I would make the argument that it is the third canon, now legends, iteration of the Victory. It is also listed as a Victory class on Wookiepedia, correctly which is astounding, but youtube doesn't like links. Just search for Admiral Ackbar (Victory class).
