5 Hp Spindle Mounted On CNC Router Table.

The new spindle is much nicer. I wouldn't use the 2x6's on there, the solid wood will move around alot with temp and humidity. On my router I have a peice of 1" MDF screwed down from underneath the table. Then the spoil board is another piece of 1" MDF glued to the top. This piece can be surfaced over and over again and once you're close to the bottom board you surface it down and glue another spoil board down and start all over. I've only replaced my spoil board in about 10 years. Thanks for the video!

Cool to see that spindle up and running already. Does the vacuum cycle on and off, or is it a constantly running with the spindle?

Basically it's constantly running with the spindle because that starts with an M3 and shuts off with an M5 I really couldn't think of any other way to do it I'd like it to be able to cycle on and off but I just don't know how to do that
