My cat avoids it because she gets stomach cold Let me introduce you guys to my cat. My cat is named as candy she is a second time adopted cat and 18 months old. She is totally a totaly independent feline who lives as nature wants, but in a domestic way she kills prey to eat (like rats big insects lizards and often snakes but just for fun). She never comes inside because of the mistreatment of prev owners so I arranged her a sleeping place outside where she goes on her own choice mostly at night,she never creates problem to me and my neighbours with respect to stool and stuff we don't even know when and where she do these things. Talking about food Candy follows a traditional diet she eats wheat chapaties with ghee, somedays like 4 perday, while someday just 2. She eats grass as a natural medicine for good appetite it's their natural instinct . And cooked milk once or twice a week ,curd and buttermilk once a week.i never provide her meat and egg she arranges for natural prey in two to three a week days. she is routined (without any prior training) and lives fantastically healthy.

Dependency on dry cat food can be harmful for your pet it contain too much carb which can lead to many visit to vet .. feed them raw meat wet canned food that has higher moisture content

So the main motive is it's good to keep animals but let them stay simple is correct there is no need to do this much thing and spend money and time on rubbish stuff means see, who provides these things to wild cats and stray cats nature has made them capable to do what's important to them by their own. Extreme domestication by humans has led them to forget their natural instincts and it's a sad thing.
