It is not necessary but it would be more helpful for you admission. But if you are applying for Underwood International College department of Yonsei, you must provide English grade as all courses are held in English there!

Hi! I was thinking of going to study at Yonsei University, but the main problem is that I'm an atheist and I've heard you have tl attend the chapel every week. How much does christianity take a part in life at Yonsei?

Hello:) Since Yonsei is a Christian university, you have to attend chapel for four semester, once every week for one semester (40min). But you just have to attend it, there’s no assignments or exams for chapel classes. So don’t worry about it too much. However we are also required to take Christianity class for one semester. The students and the professors are very open minded.

Depends on the class actually, there are classes about Christian philosophy, Yonsei’s Christian history and more. Different professors have different class materials so yeah everything depends on the class you’re gonna choose:) don’t worry about the Christianity classes tho, it’s only for one semester, as long as you pass the course you’re fine!

that is not how it works, you wont get in because you're a trainee it will be because of your skills and grades so being a trainee will be nothing you will be treated just like rest!!

Me and my sister (she's not by blood but just is more than bff to me) want to study in Yonsei. She want study architecture. Me - choreography. But still for us is little hard to orient. We will graduate June 2022. So we want candidate in Yonsei. But we are planning to go to South Korea in the summer. And thought to rent an apartment. But we want to find something cheaper than 1000/2000$. Than to find a part-time job. And to candidate for scholarship or if we have enough money just to candidate there. But for us is little hard to find an apartment for rent (and I have I dog that I can't leave in my country so it's going little more complicated) and really don't know what to do. Than for documents sometimes we can't find what exactly documents will need. For part-time job, yes I know we have to get Topik but I went for TOPIK II last month and I am waiting for the results. But I will try again next time if I don't get it. So I want ask do you know something about the apartments for rent? And the time we have to candidate is September? Sorry if I bothered you with too much questions. But I will be thankful if you can reply. Sorry again.

Hello:) 1- we have uniforms! You can apply them on your first year:) we also sell them in our univ souvenir store. 2- 1st year students must stay in Songdo campus dorm. But it’s not mandatory to stay in dorm starting from year 2. But you can apply for dorm too!

If you get accepted usually you have to maintain gpa to keep scholarship and they will email you after your acceptance for more info on the school
