Sheri, I bought the toothbrush a couple weeks ago when you told us about it during Amazon Prime sale. I have to tell you, I LOVE IT SO MUCH! How did I go my entire life without owning one of these? I'm an absolute teeth fanatic, and this toothbrush makes me feel as if I just left the dentist's office. I've never felt that before from any manual toothbrush. My dental hygienist said the first thing you should do after eating/drinking anything that has the ability to stain your teeth, is swish water around your mouth and spit. Do that a few times (if you're at the table you can low-key swish and swallow the water, no one will know) and you should be good 'til you get home to brush/floss. Another great video Sheri!!!

I enjoyed hearing all your tips. I used an affordable motorized brush & whitening paste, also tried the strips; but the stains were only slightly improved. I decided to try in-office whitening 2x yr and used an at home kit every couple weeks. I’m pleased with the results and little sensitivity once I got on a routine. (Admittedly the in office Zoom was a bit sensitizing) My mom uses baking soda & peroxide (doesn’t help). I know in office and home harsher peroxide kits aren’t for everyone; but nothing else seemed to work. I wonder if it’s genetic? Thanks for the tip on using sensitive toothpaste in a tray 👍. Ps My son uses the strips & has beautiful results (but he doesn’t drink coffee or red wine)

Great information! Thank you for posting this! What has been helping me over the past years is the brushing and flossing (of course) but also rinsing with Listerine Whitening mouthwash has made a huge difference. It's helped me not get cavities and also whitened my teeth with zero sensitivity.

I’m a dental hygienist and the Sensodyne Pronamel is what I recommend. Glad you use it ! Coffee/tea/wine is acidic. This paste helps repair the enamel from acid erosion. If the enamel os damaged, no matter what you do, you won’t be able to whiten them. The inside of the tooth is yellow and you can’t change that. Before anyone asks, I thought the Pronamel was a gimmick until I look at the patients teeth under the light. It really does work. Waterpik/Hydrodloss does wonders for gum health and helps keep them bright.

Hi Deborah. I'm traveling now but when I had my house, I use cheap bins from the dollar store and keep stuff inside the cabinets. I actually don't have that much makeup...just one makeup bag and another bag of some extras. I have lots of skincare though so that goes in my plastic bins and I stack them in a bedroom cabinet to keep away from heat and stuff.

Oh I know what ya mean. I skipped the dentist for probably 2 years as well and this toothbrush saved me. When I finally went to the dentist this year, I was a little nervous they would find a cavity... but nope my teeth were still in perfect health and they couldn't believe how healthy they were after not coming in for so long. This is almost a Godsend video for me. I take excellent care of my teeth. I’m a floss freak, flossing anywhere from 3-5 times a day. I brush my tongue as well and also use peroxide and baking soda and still my teeth have just not felt clean lately. I know weird! Now after seeing your video I remember some years ago I used an electric toothbrush and loved it. So, I will definitely look up the one you recommended. Idk maybe it’s because of the hot summer and I’m not drinking enough water. What’s really bad is someone who has cheese colored teeth to begin with and then they have some wine. Js. One lesson I learned a hard way was that if you brush too soon after eating or drinking something acidic you will accelerate cavities. I had a habit of eating first thing in the morning or drinking tea or lemon water and then immediately brushing my teeth. This was the worst thing I could’ve done. I actually had to have fillings on my front two teeth because of the erosion it caused. Huge life regret. Always swish with water and wait at least 20 minutes after eating to brush

My dentist asked me what I was doing because my teeth looked nice and white but not the fake white. I told him I use Crest 3D toothpaste. That's it. No strips, no gels, no fancy products. I brush with Crest 3D, floss, I alternate using Pronamel & Colgate Sensitive several times a week also. I try to brush 2x day as well. Morning & before bed.
