for the deadeye cloud fairy combo you can also use impact tremors. only 2 mana to cast, so technically you could run the combo faster by using it over pandemonium, while not risking taking any damage from opponents playing creatures.

Budget MTG Decks Hmm. I typically stay away from combos that use cards that I wouldn't use by themselves without the combo. Although I was a fan of your Deadeye/Drake/Warstorm Surge combo. Those cards are all playable on their own.

One thing about the Arcanist Combo is that even if you can't find a Zhur-taa druid to do it, you can still get 2 infinitely resilient creatures as long as the second is a mana dork making it very hard to remove Arcanist.

I actually already run a variant of number two in the Vela the Night-Clad EDH deck. Vela makes each opponent lose a life whenever a creature you control leaves the battlefield, so it's yet another way to make use of that combo.

Not technically infinite, but you can win the game no matter how much life your opponent has using this combo. Have a Sanguine Bond on the battlefield along with an untapped vampire. Then cast Blood Tribute with kicker. Blood tribute deals damage to your opponent equal to half their life rounded up. When kicked, you gain that much life, which triggers Sanguine Bond and takes the rest of their life. :)

Naa, in the extra rulings for infinity elemental it says that if you have infinite life there is no way to change it unless there is a spell that sets your life to a specific number, like if there were a card that could set a players life to 4that would work, but taking away enough to get to 4 would not work. If i am wrong, please tell me!

An idea for an Infinite Combo video could be "Infinite Removal" combos. Here's a dirty one that I use frequently in Commander: Butcher of Malakir, Nantuko Husk, and then Overseer of the Damned. Overseer kills a creature on entry, netting you a Zombie token. Feed the Zombie to the Husk, and the Butcher is triggered. Since an opponent's creature died from this, you get another Zombie. (More, depending on if you're playing with more than one person.) This makes Nantuko Husk (almost) infinitely huge for the turn, as well as getting you a LOT of Zombies if you are playing multiplayer games.

Hi, there is a combo that is really cool and my favorite of infinite damage :D Stuffy Doll + Guilty Conscience _Stuffy doll does_ As Stuffy Doll enters the battlefield, choose a player. Stuffy Doll is indestructible. Whenever damage is dealt to Stuffy Doll, it deals that much damage to the chosen player. you can tap Stuffy Doll and he deals 1 damage to itself. _Guilty Conscience does_ Enchantment - Aura Enchant creature Whenever enchanted creature deals damage, Guilty Conscience deals that much damage to that creature.

Ashnod's Gemstone Gravecrawler. Requires Ashnod's Altar, Gemstone Array, Gravecrawler, and either Wayward Servant, Diregraf Captain, or Plague Belcher. Gravecrawler can be cast from the graveyard as long as you control another zombie. Sac Gravecrawler using Ashnod's Altar. Use the two Mana from Ashnod's Altar to put a charge counter on Gemstone Array. Remove the charge counter to add a black to your Mana pool. Use black Mana to cast Gravecrawler. Rinse and repeat. If you have a Wayward Servant, opponent takes damage when Gravecrawler enters. If using Diregraf Captain or Plague Belcher, opponent takes damage when Gravecrawler dies.

Commander 2015 added a commander called Arjun, the Shifting Flame. Wedge from The Mana Source did a video on how this commander could easily be paired with Laboratory Maniac for a self-mill deck. That said, putting Illusionist's Bracers on Aphetto Alchemist, and then replacing Prodigal Sorcerer with Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind could be a really nice combination.

We have seen this type of deck before Antonio Cepaj and we must say it is a great idea. However we have not played with it so we can't really say what you need to do to make it more effective. However considering you want to cast treasure hunt and hit zombie infestation we recommend you take out empty the pits and snapcaster mage for consistency.

I recently found one combo that falls juuust short of the criteria here, but I thought I would share it: Blazing Hellhound, March of the Machines, Salvaging Station, and Sol Ring (the only piece above a dollar) When March of the Machines is on the field, Sol Ring is a creature. You can tap it for 2 mana. You can use 1 mana for Blazing Hellhound's ability, dealing 1 damage wherever you want. Then, you can tap Salvaging Station to bring Sol Ring back. Since Salvaging Station untaps when Sol Ring dies, you can run this combo infinitely. It also produces infinite colorless mana, by the by, so long as your target has damage prevention or is indestructable. source is tappedout.net/mtg-decks/concept-blazing-hellhound-loop/

Unfortunately no +Chris T. Illusionists Bracers copy the ability in every way so you still can't untap Kiora's follower. It's not Illusionists bracers that gets "untap another permanent" it's just that Kiora's follower get's two instances of it's ability.

Hi bhav blast, these are all individual combos which can be put in any deck. So there is no real deck that uses these combos (that we are aware of). If you are building in Commander you could use a Blue Commander which would work quite well. For Legacy we believe the combo might be too slow so we don't recommend that. In the future we will be building a monster commander deck with all the infinite combos so stay tuned for that ;).

I found this infinite damage draw combo that requires a Niv-Mizzet the Firemind, and a curiosity or a Tandem Look-Out. What you do is you cast Niv-Mizzet the Firemind, then you cast curiosity or Tandem Look-Out. After that you enchant Niv-Mizzet with curiosity or soul bond Niv-Mizzet with Tandem Look-Out. Then you can do anything that allows you to draw at least one card, or you can wait for your next turn. When you draw a card, make Niv-Mizzet the Firemind deal 1 damage to an opponent. The ability Tandem Look-Out or curiosity gave to Niv-Mizzet the Firemind allows you to draw a card. Drawing a card allows Niv-Mizzet the Firemind to deal 1 damage to target creature or player. Choose the target to be an opponent, and you can now repeat this process as many times as you like. This combo stops once every opponent is dead or you choose a creature as a target.

You know Justin Bowman, we hadn't really noticed that, but you are right! Sounds like a fun challenge to build them in a Commander deck. Just be weary that you could be building a glass cannon...able to destroy everyone if you combo out, but otherwise not being able to defend yourself. Good luck!

Heh, my standard deck was Jund Quillspike combo for a while. You can also use Soul's Fire as a finisher that doesn't sac your Quillspike. Is the Izzet Guildmage + Lava Spike + Desperate Ritual combo not budget? Because that was a pretty cool one.

+Budget MTG Decks I had both Soul's Fire and Rite of Consumption in my deck. It made for some interesting tensions when the opponent had instant speed creature removal - if they use their removal first, I combo off and Soul's Fire in response. If they decide to wait and use the removal in response to Soul's Fire, I use the Rite, sac the Quillspike as part of the cost and they can no longer remove it!

im surprised not to see the Mindcrank + Duskmantle Guildmage combo, as its such an easy combo as you only need to have mindcrank on the feield, use dusk's 1st ability, and then use a discard spell or a damage them in some way to make them take infinite damage/mill themselves out.

You are right that it's an easy combo Insomniac Persona, however Mindcrank is over a dollar so we can't include it as budget. Great non-budget suggestion though!

Rules question at 4:35; Does the creature have to be tapped for you to use its second ability? I thought for some spells/abilities that have an "untap creature" as a secondary effect that it didn't have to be tapped. Does it operate this way or is it akin to abilities that have the untap symbol?

Thanks for the question Paul Ahrenholtz . In this case the creature does not need to be tapped to use its second ability. Here is why: If the activated ability has the word 'untap' before the colon it is a 'cost' which must be payed and so you get the 'effect' after the colon, you don't have a choice. If the word 'untap' comes after the colon it is an 'effect' and so you can chose to have it untap an already untapped permanent, it won't do very much, but it's allowed. It is exactly the same as the untap symbol, but then just spelled out in words.

You could CHartaTHis, but then Prodigal Sorcerer will just deal 2 points of damage, the Aphetto Alchemist would untap Prodigal Sorcerer which would again deal 2 points of damage and then that would be the end of it. For a total of 4 points of damage.

The example cards in the first combo are all Vintage, Legacy and commander legal. For modern you need to use Tidewater minion or Fatestitcher + Illusionist's Bracers + Prodigal Pyromancer

Fatestitcher will not work because it is "tap or untap another target permanent" meaning it cannot target itself. Tidewater Minion will definitely work but man is it mana expensive

Technically you can't have infinite life or deal infinite damage. When you are executing a combo repeatedly you will always have to say a number, no matter how large it is. Such as I do this combo and gain 1 billion life. Then some one else can deal 1 billion and 1 damage to kill you.

guys guys for the 1st combo shown if you replace prodigal sorcerer with niv-mizzet the firemind you have a duel infinite damage and draw combo since you can tap niv to draw a card and deal 1 damage
