Guilty on all charges again. Have developed an incredible knack for spotting a lie or a repeated lie.

Re: #3. Got a good laugh from the phrase "playing human". Made me want to post this note - After decades of pursuing matters related to career, family, and community, I've chosen to return to my interests in creative writing. But, beyond the enjoyment I get with all that, I've been quite surprised by the accompanying return of very potent intuitive experiences. It's almost like I put them to sleep for a while. Vivid dreaming with stories and symbolic elements that seem predictive and even awake experiences (like fantasy, wandering thoughts) that have a near-visionary quality to them. Reminds me of why, in my late teens and early 20's, I learned to keep quiet about these things, except with only very trusted souls. Because, even though I'm familiar with the experiences and welcoming them now, they can feel a bit bizarre. Without spewing too much detail, it's sort of like that old - knowing someone is going to call you right before the phone rings. Now, it also includes knowing most of what they're going to say. (Too bad I never dream the winning lottery #'s)

As an INFJ, my favorites has been allowong your mind to wander and allowing yourself solitude. I remember when life was tougher but also much more enjoyable, I had a habit of going on hikes with myself early in the mornings before the activities of the day started and just journaling and it really just felt like I was playing with my imagination while in a state of childlike wonderment. Sometimes I didnt get as much sleep but on the days I opted to sleep in instead the days were much more difficult

That's a perfect example of how crucial creative childlike time is for the INFJ.. (and every other intuitive)! It can be quite literally life changing. Thank you for sharing, my friend!

Ive been doing a lot of these things already.. glad to have confirmation that journaling my insights and brain dumping is actually encouraged.. and not so strange 🙂

Haha maybe strange to some, but entirely necessary for introverted intuitives 😌

INTJ + INFJ combination is OP( overly powerful ).

I'm finding as I get older it's getting harder and harder to put down electronics to properly brain dump as you put it. Also I keep pondering on toxic subjects, for example: hypothetical fights/arguments. I know why I do it, however I still get stuck in that loop. Any advice would be welcome. I'm at a point in my life where externally I appear to be doing well but internally I'm a complete mess. I know there are many feeling the same and I just have to say, you are not alone 💛

You are exactly right - you and everyone else that experiences this are not alone. Do you write at all? Even small things like hypothetical arguments and scenerios can give you clues into what is actually bothering you, dig a little deeper and find the patterns in your thoughts! 🙌

Try look into crystals and their healing properties. I switch wearing shungite (protects against EMF) and black obsidian (for negative feelings) depending on how I'm feeling. I also have a range of others tiger's eye, amethyst, quartz etc. Make sure you clean any mold around your house too as it inflames your CNS and is related to depression and negative thoughts among others symptoms

@@PSYCH-O Thank you for the reply as I know you're probably very busy, so I really appreciate it. I used to write all of the time.. I cannot pinpoint when I stopped, but I do keep trying to go back. I just realized in writing this (lol) that my problem may be bc I'm trying to write using my phone or tablet which is so distracting and miserable. I'll try going back to paper and see how that works. Again thank you so much 😊

@@wossels87 oh wow the mold bit is very interesting, I definitely have mold around the house... I'll look into that for sure. As for the crystals, my sister actually owns a crystal shop (Your Crystal Shop) so you'd think I'd be more knowledgeable about it but I'm not. I'll definitely ask her for some info and crystals that might best suit my needs. Thank you so much for the help and compassion 😊

I actually do this already. I started doing this in my late teens/early 20s

Haha ironically intuition is probably what encouraged you to do them in the first place 😂
