Thanks Susan for your advise. I wish every person can have a pension fund. I am retired after working in a bank for 38 yrs plus. I am able to live a fulfilling live with my pension and lump sum investment income. Pension fund is worth it.

Check how long the company has existed, at least you are assured you can't lose money, Also research on shareholders of the company. Just research the company well monitor their daily interest rates you will learn alot

Can you talk about investing in building houses for rental versus the time or period of retrieval of the amount invested. Because one puts in a lot of money to buy land plus the money to build, plus renovations, but at the end rent money that comes out is so small sometimes it may not even reach ten percent as interest on the whole amount invested.
