My advice to my fellow Africans who want to sent people to the Middle East esp to please go to these places, meet these companies that you’re sending your people and investigate them. This thing of going on internet and get hooked up with bogus companies seeking workers in Africa, not all is legit. Investigate their legitimacy first even if it means going to these foreign countries so be it. Let’s not make it easy to send your fellow country nationals somewhere where they’re exploited or the worst. Otherwise Kenya needs to put in place regulations that will make sure the agents in Kenya are doing the right thing. This agents that sent these guys on visitor’s visa must not be operating right now. They’re not well versed with the basics of work sponsorships abroad let alone securing a safe way to bring their people back home. Also it should be known by us Africans especially within Africa that you’re most likely to be exploited in these Middle East nations and that you’re less likely to be protected by their laws.
