Good afternoon sir. I got a seat in deemed University in 2nd round MCC counseling and joined. Can I participate in 3rd round of TN or Centac counseling? . If yes, If I allotted a seat in TN or Centac which is economically better than deemed University. Is resignation allowed in MCC in 3rd round. Kindly clarify this doubt.

State counseling will start only after MCC Round 3. So, you may not be able to resign. Some states will not allot you a seat if you are holding an MCC seat after R3.

My daughter got seat madurai in TN first counciling. We joined. In 2nd counciling we got reallotment to Kilpauk and joined. Now we want to apply for TN round 3. ( stanley and MMC). if we get stanley simply we can join know sir. If we are not alloted stanley we can continue in the KMC campus sir .please clarify sir

Yes, give choices for MMC and Stanley in R3. If you get an allotment, follow the same procedure as Round 2. Download the allotment letter, get relieved from Kilpauk and report to R3 allotted college. If you don't get any allotment, continue at Kilpauk.

sir. I want to clarify the process and penalty in this situation. I joined in R2 and went for an upgrade in R3 and got an upgrade in R3. At the same time I also got a seat in AIQ R3. I decide to join AIQ R3 seat and hence i decided not to download the R3 upgrade letter from TN counselling. will the penalty in TN is restricted to forfeiture of the security deposit only and the tuition fee that I paid during R2 gets refunded to me? please clarify sir.

You will lose the security deposit, tuition fees and the government may also demand the discontinuation fees of 10 lacs.

@@rampi2099the prospectus is not clear. In many clauses, its mentioned that you will lose the tuition fee also. Please read the prospectus and take a decision. Selection committee may do anything.

@@kevinthomas3452 MMC is the top ranked government medical college in TN. MCC provides the 15% AIQ seats (any one can apply) & TN selection committee provides 85% state quota seats (only for TN students)

@@jesus_saves_15 The question was MBBS ku chance irukkaa? With 559 marks, MBBS seat was available in Round 1 and Round 2. So, I am confused why he/ she did not take. Does he/ she mean MBBS in government college? Or MBBS in a private college under government quota? management quota? The question has to be clear. Otherwise, answers will be very random based on our assumptions. That's the problem. Most of the questions are incomplete.
